4.1 All content, materials, and software provided by Cyberium Solutions, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and images, are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.1 Cyberium Solutions acknowledges the confidential nature of your information and will take reasonable measures to protect it.         

  5.2 You agree to keep any information received from Cyberium Solutions confidential and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

6.Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberium Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.         

  6.2 Cyberium Solutions shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

7.Indemnification

7.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Cyberium Solutions harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or any violation of these terms and conditions.

8.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.             

  8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

9.1 Cyberium Solutions reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
